My name is Jackie and I have loved Mac n Cheese since I was a toddler. I grew up eating Kraft Mac n Cheese. As soon as I could order for myself in restaurants I always picked Mac n Cheese if it was an option. I soon earned the nickname Mackie Jackie. This blog will be devoted to my Mac n Cheese adventures.
